Description

Used Riedhammer direct fired rotary kiln system consisting of, model DRI 7.5/60G, rotary kiln section approximately 1090 mm (43") outside diameter x 7.5 mm (295") long tube less brick lining, 600 mm (23.6") inner working diameter with brick lining, rate 1400 c max temperature, 1250 c sintering temperature, designed for direct fired burner less burner assembly, chain and sprocket driven with 5.5 kw motor drive giving approximately 1-6 rpm drum speed, with feed and discharge ends, with two part cooling drum consisting of (1) 600 mm (23.6") diameter x 2555 mm (100") long water cooled section, Haynes Alloy 214 construction, (1) 600 mm (23.6") diameter x 7945 mm (312") long auxiliary section, 316L stainless steel construction, chain and sprocket driven with 3.7 kw motor drive, 316L stainless steel bag house , nominally rated 6500 cu meter/hour (3825 cfm), pulse jet, top entry design with approximately 42.5 kw blower, with Unused, uninstalled brick lining, system built 2011 installed 2012, ran until beginning of 2014.
