Used 1000 liter (264 gallon) reactor body, 316L stainless steel construction, approximately 42" diameter x 38" straight side, dish top and bottom, rated 50 psi and full vacuum at 350 F internal, 304L stainless steel jacket rated 100 psi and full vacuum at 350 F, 15" top manway, 4" sight glass with (2) 3", (2) 2", (4) 1.5" and (3) .75" top nozzles, top mounted Biopro vibrating agitator, (1) 1" NPT and (1) 1.5" nozzles on side, 4" center bottom outlet, on legs, serial# 2260-1, national board# 6514, built 1996.
