Used Bartlett Snow calciner, approximately 42" diameter x 40' long, tube operating temperature 1,500 to 2,000 F, Alloy 800 / 330 Stainless Steel tube with internal lifters, approximate 330" long heated section with Asco gas valves, brick lining insulation, feed and discharge hoods, (4) trunion rolls, calciner driven by a 5 hp, 3/60/208-230/460 volt, 1750 rpm variable speed motor thru a Falk reducer, ratio 197.2 to 1, mounted on a common carbon steel frame, (fire brick was repaired in 2001 and unused after), serial# K-5003-1966.
