Used 22.6 cu ft Marion Semi-Cylindrical paddle blender, model HPS-3648, 304 stainless steel construction, approximately 36" wide x 48" long chamber, rated 5 psi and 20" of vacuum internal, jacketed for 125 psi at 500 f, bolt on adjustable paddles, Nitrogen purge packing gland seals, 8" bottom discharge, 3 hp, motor drive, 6.7 rpm shaft speed, 24" x 54" top opening with cover with 8" with pneumatic butterfly valve and 4" top openings, 304 stainless steel sheathing over jacket, on approximately 30" stand extensions with load cells giving 32" discharge height, with on board control panel with PLC and motor VFD controls, vessel certified by Walker, serial# WEP-95936, national board# 6611, Marion serial# 11057, built 2011.
