Used 225 gallon Lee Industries twin motion vacuum kettle, 316 stainless steel construction, approximately 50" diameter x 36" straight side, removable dish top, dish bottom, rated 30 PSI and full vacuum at 275 F, jacketed on bottom head and straight side for 100 PSI at 338 F, twin motion agitator with 5 H.P. 230/460 volt anchor agitator with bottom and side wall scrape, inner paddle agitator driven by 2 H.P. 230/460 volt motor, 18" top manway, (1) 12", (1) 4", (4) 3", (1) 2", (2) 1.5" top nozzles, 3" center bottom outlet, on legs, serial# B-7567-A.
