Used 100 mm Erema pelletizing line consisting of, 100 mm Erema extruder, Model RM100TVE, electrically heated, water cooled barrel, dual vented with Erema Steel vacuum pump, 132 kw ac extruder motor with inverter, Eisebnbliss gearbox, model EG250, serial# EF100120/2, temperature control panel with Erema Series 988 controllers, (16) total zones, with approximately 33 cu ft Stainless steel cutter compactor, driven by 90 kw, 460 volt motor. Cutter compactor feed by 33" wide x 20' long inclined conveyor. Water ring pelletizing system with approximately 40 hole single row die plate, 4 blade cutter head, stainless steel slushway with vibrating screen classifier and pellet centrifugal dryer, includes water pump and heat exchanger for barrel and water system. Line was reconditioned in 2013 with new screw and new motor for cutter compactor, extruder serial# P00/001.
