One (1) used 156 gallon Cherry-Burrell twin motion Kettle, stainless steel construction, 48" diameter x 24" straight side, open top with split cover, cone bottom, jacket rated 100 psi @ 350 F, twin motion agitator with anchor agitator with provision for side wall scrapers (less scrapers) driven by 2 hp motor drive, inner turbine agitator driven by 2 hp motor drive 208-230/460 volt XP motors, with VFD controllers for each drive, serial# E-343-97, national board# 4749, built 1998.
