Description

Bag holder is designed to hold 2400L with overage 2800L. We will need to add vertical wall to the unit (14”) to give the true 3000L hold up volume to match the existing units purchased before Cone Craft’s bottom gate can be easily and inexpensively replaced if the bag or tubing configuration changes in the future. Option: ConeCraft designs and manufactures bag holders for use with any single use bag. Our customers often use more than one brand of disposable. Bin internal 55” x 47” x height Type 304L stainless steel, product contact frame 304L Body is constructed of 12 and 10 gauge. Bn80g8ucwbv Body panels and component parts are water jet cut for precise fit. Internal and external finish is mechanical polish to a 35 μin Ra maximum, Internal welds ground smooth, external welds “as Laid” Jacketed (dimple style) on 3 sides and bottom of bin Color in the heat affected zone is removed, All welds internal are polished to 25ra μin. All external welds as laid. All surfaces are cleaned and passivated inside and out.

The color in the heat-affected zone is removed, and all internal welds are polished to 25ra μin for a smooth finish. External welds are left as laid. Additionally, all surfaces are cleaned and passivated inside and out for optimal cleanliness and hygiene.
